Richard Sadlier joins new St Patrick's Athletic Board

The announcement of the appointment of a new Board at St Patrick's Athletic was made on Tuesday 19 June 2007 by the property tycoon Garrett Kelleher who recently purchased the club and will become Chairman.

In his statement, Mr Kelleher confirmed his long term ambition to establish the Inchicore team as a force in the European game. He referred to the recent appointment of Brian Kerr as Director of Football and said that the new Board structure would enable organisational changes to be implemented as part of the long term targets for the club.
