Bohemians failed to emulate the heroics of Cork City's in the this years Intertoto Cup, they fell at the first hurdle, losing to KAA Gent in Belgium 3-1 on the night and 3-2 on aggregate. The Belgians scored 3 goals in the first hour to effectively secure the tie, but Bohs with a never say die attitude, managed to find the net with 15 minutes to go, with a spectacular bicycle kicked goal by Desmond Byrne. Further attacks by the visitors failed to produce the decisive away goal.

The U15s lost 3-2 in an exciting match on Friday night in Tenerife, the match did not finish until midnight due to floodlight failure.
